Mark Krivo’s Music blender is a cracker of a program, a delicious music smoothie, featuring brand new music from around the world including great Australian music. Lots of special guests feature on the Music Blender including regulars John Eagleking and Tim Pomegranate Jr. Hilarity is assured when either of these characters are in the studio.

The music blender also features Interviews with local bands and DJ’s as well as a light hearted look at pop culture to ensure you are up to date with what is happening.

Don’t let your pruned trees and shrubs go to waste.  Turn it into marvellous mulch!

The Hills Shire Council provides a free mulching service every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month!   Bring along your pruned trees and shrubs and have them mulched to take home and use on your garden.

Where:  Bidjiwong Community Nursery, Ted Horwood Reserve, Renown Rd, Baulkham Hills (opposite Baulkham Hills Sporting Club)

What CAN be mulched: pruned trees and shrubs,  maximum branch thickness to 30cm

What CANNOT be mulched: bags of leaves or grass, dirt, noxious weeds, palm fronds, rocks and stones

Castle Towers Outside Broadcast

Castle Towers in Castle HillOn Saturday the 13th of August, 2CCRfm will be broadcasting LIVE from Castle Towers.

From 10 to 12, Tim Wong-See, Ellen Leabeater and Natascha Vale will be doing a combined show, with the usual mix, talk and a couple of interviews throw in.  Then from 12 to 2, Tony Jenkins and Andrew Segalov will be on air, no doubt with some interesting conversations and interviews.

So tune in to 2CCRfm on Saturday the 13th to hear our Live Broadcast from Castle Towers. If you want to come down and meet some of your favorite presenters, we will be located near the Customer Service Desk on the Upper level.
